what type of molasses is best mild, dark, or blackstrap? and sulphered or unsulphered?

Calcium, Iron, Riboflaven, Vitamin B6, Magnesium and copper. Also some sodium and sugar.

How much do you use...is it just during flowering or can I give em a lil while they are vegin away?

I've been using it for vegging and budding at a rate of: 1 Ounce to 1 Gallon of water. My plants all seem to love it.

That's the recipe but I wait a week or two into flowering to start the molasses.

sup montana...at least in bozeman they carry unsulfered mollassas, brand , "grandmas", location, Alberstons, sometimes walmart when not sold out by the suger section...
