Actually in organics it is better to not flush but just reduce your basenutes to 1/4th strength and the molasses and then just water for the very last watering. This is do to Osmosis which is the defusion of a solute(nutes) threw a permeable membraine(roots) into the solution(water), which means if you put water in your pot that has less nutes then the plant does it will even out the amount and draw it out of the plant. Since organic nutes are not chemicals and mostly plant materials there is no need to flush this, and flushing is just causeing a sudden change in ppm level in the plant, this is shocking. so if you reduce it to 1/4 a week before harvest it will make the plant happier and the plant will use those nutes up untill harvest. water last with water to draw out anything that is unused so u can harvest.

really ur plant will always have nuitrience present, if your are doing organics right there is NPK as well as many micro nutes in your soil and everytime you water(even with straght water) it is drawing out all that organic matter

Almost there, but this plant is meant for smoking, you need to flush out that phosphorus.

Dude, no disrespect, but you are flat out wrong. The plant has so much stored up energy in the soil and actual plant itself. It NEEDS to be flushed the last 2 weeks, at least a week.

A sure sign this is happening, your older fan leaves will yellow and drop or pull off easily. Then you know, some smooth tasting smoke lies ahead.

Keep it Real...Organic... & don't fear the yellowing fan leaves.......

Sorry thats not true, blue spectrum doesnt determine the color, green spectrum does, leaves turn yellow do to lack of nitrogen.

Second you DO NOT HAVE TO FLUSH ORGANICS.

Why does it have stored up energy, organics supplies the plant with what it needs, no extra.

Dont think people are reading the post, of corse you dont have to flush, but flushing a soiled plant AkA giving it pure water will help the smoke.

Ok fine here try this,

Cutt off two branches

Have two cups of water

in one put pure water

in other put anything of your choosing, from fert. to whatever.

let sit for a few days under floure. or window.

take out branches, dry, and smoke,

done.

but really try it.

You can even put food coloring if you wish and your stem and leaves will turn what ever color you like.

Not if you do it properly, thats the main problem, people dont properly feed their plants, just because 1 person needs to flush their plants doesnt mean other people do.
