A good NPK value for an organic flowering nute is 1-7-0 to 2-8-6. You want a little bit of N, but not much.
Well you have a few organic options. Option 1: You could make a "tea". OhSoGreen's thread is fantastic! Here's a link: Making Tea - is EZ.... & Cheap ! And here's a simple flowering recipe: Two gallons of unchlorinated water & add : (2-4) Level tablespoons of High P Bat Guano (1) Level cup of Worm Castings (1/2) ounce of UNSULPHERED molasses (ie Grandma's Brand) (1) ounce of SPT (Super plant tonic) eBay Seller: blue mtn organics: Home Garden items on eBay.com *You don't have to add SPT if you want. No big deal. *You should be able to get guano and worm castings at hydro shop or nursery. Follow instructions on OhSoGreen's thread on how to make the tea, quite easy. Option 2: Buy an organic nutrient like BioBizz, BMO (ebay only), AgeOld, etc. Be warned Fox Farm Bloom is not 100% organic. Good luck, and let us know how it turns out.
