when i transplant i use 3.5 gallon buckets with Ocean Forest and add a 1/2 cup of dolomite lime in it.. and yes it helps keep PH stable.. and a great source of calcium and magnesium...

I can't get dolomite lime to dissolve in water so I only use it when making grow dirt. If anyone has a trick to getting it to dissolve in water let me know because I wouldn't mind using it my hydro tank.
