Greetings everyone The outdoor season is upon us and i'm going to share some of my grow with you all.

50% of the seeds were started in moist paper towel then transplanted to peat pellets, the other 50% in peat pellets from day 1. They seem to be growing at nearly the same rate so far.

They are all in a super soil mix, consisting of my compost, composted chicken poop, peat moss, worm castings, perlite, fish and crab meal, soybean meal, alfalfa meal, kelp meal, gypsum, and greensand. I make my mix by eye and have no idea the ratios.

This mix was made in late feb. and was sitting in a pile that i turned once a week.

cool, by super soil, do you mean that you are aiming for a water only grow in that soil? If so does the heavy nutes not burn the seeds or are they ok by the time the get out of rr. I was in ocean forest with rr and the plants looked a little messed up for a week or 2 then evened out.

I will still be giving them plenty of food through out the grow. I just thought super soil sounded pretty badass. None of the seedlings looked to be burned or harmed in any way. For the first month i give them only water, and i hit them twice with BMO SPT or Hygrozyme.
