anything else I should add?
I'm kinda concerned about coyotes or some other carnivorous animals smelling the blood meal in the mix then digging up my ladies, or you think since it's only one of many ingredients in the mix that it won't be a distinguishable smell?

I hear they will go for it. It will scare away deer and rabbits though. Someone said that their dogs dig it up every time.

I was alway told to spread human hair around the plants....I don't think that will work for dogs though.
