Default Changing completely to BMO. Is it enough?
Hello my fine fellow organic gardeners. I have been around the thread for a while, but just recently started posting. I am in no way a newb to growing fine cannabis, but I can always learn more and I can hopefully be of some help to others around this forum.

Okay, so here it goes. The current set up that I am using is as follows. My soil mix is Fox Farm Ocean Forest, Perlite, a top mixture of Super Bat Tea 5-5-1, and a bottom mixture of Budswel 0-7-0. Both the Super Bat Tea & Budswel has worm castings, bat guano, seabird guano, soluble seaweeds and natural compost in it. The nutrients that I'm using is BMO Grow, Flower, SPT, Alaska MorBloom 0-10-10, and Blackstrap Molasses. My results have been great so far.

I want to switch over to completely BMO's line for both my nutrients and soil. For soil I would use FF OF, Perlite, a top mixture of BMO's Worm Castings & Bat Guano (Grow), and a bottom mixture of BMO's Flower Bat Guano. Then for my nutrients I would use BMO Grow, Flower, SPT, their High P Bat Guano (only during flowering), and Blackstrap Molasses.

My question is, would this be a good thriving soil? Will their be enough diverse microorganisms in the soil & nutrients? All help welcome! Thanks!

Sounds good. When I make my teas I like to throw in a few hadnfuls of compost, a few of steer manure, and a big handful of fresh worm compost. I brew this with an aquarium airpump with no stone for large bubbles. The plants and I love the results. Also 1 tbsp a gallon of molasses. I am using OHSOGREENS feed chart. It seems good to me.

Thanks a lot! I was just worried that since I won't be using bone meal, blood meal, kelp meal, ect. And the only forms of manure that I'm using is bat & worm, if that would be diverse enough.

actually it will be better than any of that. Bat guano is the best stuff on earth. It has microbial action that scientists cant duplicate in the lab. The only downside is that it is harmful to the environment as it destroys bat habitats. At least that is what I was told, a lot, lol. A lot of organic growers feel that if they are a little organic might as well do it green too, to further make the connaseur grade.

Most ferts use guano as a base. They also got humic acids and bacterias. BMO is the best I have ever seen with my amateur eye. I am running it right now. Check out my sig. I have not updated for a while as no one was watching anyway and I am on vacation. (my clones rooted and the UFO is cool).

I am planning on a water only grow. So that is why I was going to ammend my soil so heavy in that other post.

Yeah, I'm trying to stay away as much as possbile from any forms of animal destruction with my grows as well. I did know that about the guanos, but I am hoping that if I get it from BMO it wasn't gotten to much of an exploitative way haha. Your super soil looks great. I just love the actual process of making the teas and applying them. Gives me something fulfilling to do!

I have switched to bmo from foxfarm nutes. I still use the soil though.
So far i like it. The gdp has the best smell i have ever gotten from her.
It does look like the yeild is going to be a bit smaller but if the smell is a sign of how clean it will taste then im happy.
Imo priority is stoney#1 taste#2 smell#3 yeild # 4.
