this is probably a stupid ? but where could i get some molasses, and or is there anything else that i could use that would have similar efects.

molasses you can get at the grocery store...you could use pure cane sugar but i would get molasses

i think grandmas molasses is a popular brand.

mix about a tsp per gallon....really only get good benefits in flowering....could use during veg though....use week 1 until you start to flush in flowering....use every 2nd or 3rd watering

Molasses is great because it boosts the activity of the micro organisms in your soil/medium. these lil guys break down nutes into simpler forms and allow your root systems to get their nutes much easier. the beneficial bacteria will fight off the bad kind as well, so its a nice symbiotic relationship between your plant's roots and the micros

Unsulphured is the key - the sulphured kind will kill micro-life in the soil.

One ounce of unsulphured molassess to one gallon of water - yields an NPK around 5-1-3, plus or minus one point each. This can be used as a fertilizer tonic (more or less) but not as your only source of NPK.

Sugar in the Raw, will also work (one to two tablespoons per gallon of water). With the Sugar in the Raw very little NPK if provided - it's just a cheap source of carbs for micro-life. By feeding the soil micro-life, they will multiple in numbers and bioconvert insoluble sources of NPK in the soil to soluble sources. This falls under the saying " Feed the soil & let it feed the plant ". Which is very true & a good way to feed Mary.
