Would it work well to try to grow organically using a pre-built grow box? Money's not an issue I know its cheaper to build my own, but i need the privacy n portability.

That's what I do... worked out well for me.

billdo what grow box do u use if you don't mind me asking, and that picture is of your plant?

Mine is a supergarden superflower... But seriously build your own. I am not a diy kind of person, but it is too easy to not do it yourself. I ended up making a bunch of changes on my own anyway.

I built my own, but it turned out to a be a piece of shit and I had to keep the doors open on it at all times. We invested in a DR80 instead, and now we're cookin! I'd recommend getting a grow tent, and just building it yourself from there. Those all-in-one grow boxes are really expensive and bulky. You could make your own for a couple hundred less.

I can't argue with that logic one bit... But if there were one thing that the tents are missing, it would be stealth. My black metal cabinet allows me to lock the doors of the cab, close the closet in which it resides, and leave for a week at a time while I am out of town and I have someone over to feed my cats. No paranoia here, whatsoever... Although I would like to set up a couple of wireless webcams so I can monitor things while gone!
