Then you use the tiger bloom, big bloom and open sesame for weeks 5 and 6 of flower and then switch to big grow, big bloom and beasty blooms for weeks 7. Then switch to big grow, tiger bloom, big bloom and cha ching for weeks 8-12 of flower.
And be ready to shuck out some cash for all of that too. It kills me when I hear people say that it will take @ $100 - $200 to grow. Ridiculous! With soil, lights, fans, containers, seeds, NUTES, mylar, a/c if needed, filter, bulbs, Co2, soil test kits, pH testers, electrical work and etc........... list goes on and on really ( start up costs really), it can get expensive!

Don't go by looks of the water... go by math. FF is strong stuff.. acidic as hell, too.. Tiger Bloom burned the fuck out of my plants when I used it full strength. And they were big girls at the time too -- 3 weeks into flower, 34-36" and bushy.

Your plants may or may not need anything at all -- why the concern? If they aren't asking for it (as in growing strong and b'ful).. .don't give it. And anytime before 6 weeks flowering is too soon to use "bloom foods". You need to maintain optimum leaf growth and support the stretch phase -- that means "grow nutes", if any.

I wouldn't give nutes more than once every other week. This site is loaded with ppl giving this, giving that... and a lot of pics of burned-up plants, too. Including mine at one point... they did pull thru, tho.

Just go by the Fox Farm feeding schedule and you will be good. Just start LOW. You don't want to use the whole bottle for one grow (unless you have a shit load of plants).

That Making Tea thread is really great. I'd recommend checking it out also.

I don't know if anyone is still looking at this but. I have used Fox Farm stuff for over 8 years. I look it at like organic chemical mix. With Coco Croutons and following the sched. like Sticky said it's turbo. Not for a Newbie, it is real sensitive and problems can show up in hours and if not addressed take you down quick. I make my own ferts too. You can get a PPM meter and some earth worm castings, bat guano (2 kinds) the list is endless and try out your own concoctions. Do some searchs on organic fertilizer teas. I strain them so they work in my drip system. I experiment on tomatoes and can judge how it will do on my medical plants without hurting the girls. This keeps the cost down, like one dude said the prices of this stuff aren't getting any cheaper.

But today i bought tiger bloom and big bloom that shot me in the ass for $32.

It says for big bloom use 4table spoons per gallon (2table spoons per 2 quarts) and for tiger bloom use 2-3 tsp per gallon (1-1 1/2 tsp per 2 quarts)

How much should i actually use and do it every watering or every other?
I just fed my plants 2 tbs per gallon. I started flowering yesterday. I've given them full strength nutes from week 2. So far excellent results. Stay tuned to my journal as I'll take photos tomorrow when lights on
