Gjdubbz.... Use the Cadillac's of Flowering Boosters - High P Bat Guano or High P Seabird Guano. Most hydro stores carry them, you can even buy them on Ebay. . Just remember, their total PK value is always higher than the label. Example - a 0-7-0 has a soluble P value of 7, but a total value two or three times that number. The insoluble P will break down if you have micro-life in your medium. . So if using micro-beasties like SPT, Myco Magic, Plant Success, Sub-Culture...etc... count on them breaking down that other big chunk of P (if you topdress the crud - leftover from making it into a tea) or just straight topdress it. . I use two heaping tablespoons of High P Bat Guano (0-7-0) to a gallon of water to make tea. Then give each girl, one quart per gallon of soil in pots or a gallon (max) if planted in the ground. Two weeks later, I use four heaping tablespoons to a gallon of water. The day after I apply this feeding, I check the pH of my soil - since High P Bat Guano can push pH up. . Two weeks later, I drop back down to two heaping tablespoons per gallon, reduce it to one the next feeding - then none..... . If you topdress the crud from the first & third feeding, you will not burn your girls. I take the crud from the big dose (applied during the middle of the flowering phase) and put it in my compost barrel. . High P Guanos.......cheap, effect....available..... . Hope this helps..... |

Alaska Mor Bloom 0-10-10 is a very nice product, a single 10 ml / gallon feeding 2 weeks into flower, another 20 ml / gallon during the peak of flower.

Dirt Clean.... Look for High Nitrogen Bat Guano, numbers between 5-2-1 and 10-4-2 . I use the BMO stuff, NPK 9-3-1. Two tablespoons per gallon of water for a nice tea. I top dress the left over crud (tea sediments) every other time. The time I don't topdress it, I put the crud in my compost barrel. . If you use guano with numbers around 5-2-2 and make a tea, use it weekly. If you use the higher numbered stuff, use it every two weeks. More often if you are growing heavy feeders like Subcool's Bigfoot strain. For light feeders like Haze, less often, like every 10 - 12 days. . Same old guidelines for teas - one quart per gallon of soil for potted plants, up to one gallon. For in ground plants, one gallon (max). . Hope this helps.... Keep it Real....Organic..... . |
