feeding my plant molasses once a week with molasses? its a 3 week old plant, should i do this

You should only give you plant molasses during the first 2 weeks of flowering until 2 weeks before harvest.

There is no point in giving molasses to a plant in veg.

Also, when you do buy molasses make sure it's grandmonthers unsulphered molasses it's in a yellow bottle. I would take pics of mine, but to lazy off klonopins, sorry....

oh and when you do give molasses make sure it's 1-2 tsp per gallon, you can add it to every watering with nutes and all.

I like to give nutes every other watering, but molasses every watering....

Molases is in fact good in veg, it has something to do with soil. If you really want to know look it up in The Growers Bible.
Once a week I use Molases in veg, and every watering in flower. 1 tbl per gallon.
Buds will love it.
Nutes in veg, I use Grow Big and I use it every watering. But I flush plant just before going 12/12

welll for veg i was gonna mix 1 tsp of grow, and 1/2 tsp of bloom, 1/2 tsp of molasses, is that good? and how much of it should i give to my plant when i feed it, 1 cup or more?

NO bloom needed in veg, all that will do is add additives to soil that can not be uptaked by plant so it will just gunk up soil.
SO use as directed until you feel it out ~ Veg only Nutes and Molases.
As for how much too feed, I always por until it comes out of bottom, but make sure plant pot is not sitting in water when it drains out. put planter on a brick so water flows out and away from roots.

well the only reason is my friend used that mix and he said it worked real well with his, and i am growing autoflowering plants
