well i already have a way better home made fert. so its not really an issue anymore. but people put bat shit on their plants and i've never had any smoke that tasted like bat shit. the plants roots are only going to take what they need from the soil, so im sure the only thing from my piss that would actually end up the int buds is the nitrogen.

Depending on stage of growth, different nutrients are needed at different times. For rooting and germination, levels of high P nutrients with less N/K are needed. Vegetative growth needs lots of N, and human urine is one of the better sources, (mix 8 ounces to 1 gallon water), although it is not a complete fertilizer unto itself. 20-20-20 with trace elements should do it; I like Miracle Grow Patio food. Watch for calcium, magnesium, sulfur and iron levels too. These are important. One tablespoon of dolomite or hydrated lime is used per gallon of growing medium when a hydroponic medium is first brought on-line, to provide nitrogen, calcium and magnesium. Epsom salts are used to enhance magnesium and sulphur levels in solution.

i dont know about that. some of the dankest bud i've EVER smoked was some super silver haze that a friend grew using nothing but home made fertilizers and soil. the only thing he paid for through out the entire grow was a pair of clippers for pruining lol.

yeah, the fact that its not a complete fertilizer is kind of why i chose not to use it. im going to fertilize with a tea that i make from composted cow poop from the pasture near my house, worm castings from my moms vermicompost, and some molasses. from what i've read this makes a really nice organic fertilizer. i hear that adding molasses to your manure or compost tea will raise the n-p-k value from the .6-.2-.5 that you would get from just manure all the way up to 5-1-3. thats pretty fucking good for free fertilizer. and its almost impossible to over fert.

and i piss on my compost all the time anyways, so im sure ill get some good piss N anyways lol.

this thread is foolish....theres 15 micro and macro nutes you need to grow good pot. alot of them are in you soil alwready. to add any nute would be to "boost" or feed a n def plant. i can tell you right now that piss isent soluble enough to be avilable to your plants for at least weeks, and pissing on your plant wont show you ne better of a result then not pissing on it. sure it has n bla bla bla, but the fact of the matter is inless you know your plants guna be hungry in 3 weeks and you dont mind the smell of piss in your house.....then y punish your girls by pissing on them...... i love my girls enough to find the best organics on the planet for them to be the best they can be.....piss is not one of them.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! the nitrogen in urine is in the form of urea, which is immediately available to plants! i dont think you've researched the subject very thouroughly. and besides, i've already said that i have a way better fertilizer now, so its not really an issue any more.

yeah, ive used urine for my first grow.. wroks great.. the air we breath and food we eat is definately alot more "gross" than peein on your salad, and think alot of the veggies you eat are grown in cow shit...
