Default salt build up??

im going to be doing an out door garden this year. im going to use a cow manure tea for fertilizer since i have an over abundance of cow shit and no money for some real nutes. am i going to have to worry about toxic salt building up in my soil from using this? and if the salts do build up how do i flush the soil when my plants are in the gound?
