Default how can i get rid of thrips? nothing is working!

hey i am having a hell out a time getting rid of thrips!

i've tried spraying the leaves with neem oil and i've also tried a vinegar, antibacterial soap, water spray and they are still there!

anything else i can try? should i try to be treating the soil? so far i have only been spraying the leaves. really annoying!

Those hotshot no-pest strips are gonna kill any fuckin thing! but you don't want to share space with one because of that!
