Default clones advice when to put under light

ok so i just got 2 clones from the lab i put them straight into 16/8 but they didnt like it that much... wilted alittle bit. so i put them in the dark under a dome and they perked right up the next day so my question is when should i put them under the light ? i got them 3 days ago. i also wanted to try hydro-ganic with them. any of u had good results with that???

they are rooted when i got them and it still wilted i had put it under a 400 mh how many inches away should i put them under??

Make sure the air right above the tips of your leaves doesn't hit 80 degrees when the lights are on and you should be good. Don't know why you want to wait to put them under lights if you've got roots.

Wow, 400 a bit strong. How about 10 days under some cfl's to get the roots established. If growin in soil 4" pots of the same soil u transplant to bigger pots and the 400 watt. Keep your. 400w about 18" away top of plants. My clones awaiting move. LOL
