what soil would u guys reccomend for ak47xlowlife?im thinking of going with ocean forest what would youo say is the safest for my seedlings and can i use it throughtout the whole grow??

I use FoxFarm Ocean Forest and LightWarrior. Start you seeds in LightWarrior. I prefer to mix OF & LW bag for bag for my plants. There are enough nutrients in Ocean Forest for about a month, a little less if you mix it like I do. After a few weeks youl need to start adding Nutes.

Yeah OF is mixed kinda hot, you could end up burning your ladies if you use it straight, def mix that with LW or just some plain old perlite and peat moss/coco

that it is I had that problem with my last go around.. to the op just mix your own soil as imop F&F soil is overpriced and you could mix your own and have 2 bags compared to one F&F bag for the price.

I used a mix of ancient horse manure, perlite, and coco and couldnt have been happier

FoxFarm might be a little overpriced, but IMO well worth it. Everybody I know that goes for cheaper stuff at homedepot, lowes or bulk soils ends up with pests or problems. Another way to look at FF Of is your paying a little extra but using less nutes for the first month , so its pretty much a push. Consistency in your soil is improtant too.

Ive read somewhere that you really dont have to add nutes when growing with a good organic soil. Please dont trash me on this. Im just reading what someone wrote on here. Like someone said on here, we all have our own way of growing and experimenting. Im only going to be using 2 nutes for the whole grow. Maybe add some molasses later and tea. Thanks for confirming that I can leave the FF OF alone for a month or so. This is all new to me. Been reading here for about 2 months now and didnt even start yet. This is a learning process. I went into this expecting to lose plants and run into issues. Its supposed to be fun..
