Default Fertilizers

I am going to use blood meal as a fertilizer. I was told that you just put a hand full in the hole you plant and put a little dirt on it and then your plant. What do yall reccommend. Also i have some stuff the is 0-0-15 and 0-18-0 for later on in their life but i am not sure how much too put on the plants later on.
Order your seeds now

Careful using the bllod or bone meal.I tried few times and found its just too harsh. You can kill perfectly good plants with it fast.Id suggest the Fox Farm 3 part nutes its only like $38 for the set. That and if going soil use miracle grow moisture control no nutes needed for 30 days

Theres lot of other organic material that you are going to have to use to get a good balance, if you wanna go organic and make your own fertilizer, i'd find a good recipe online and get the relevant ingredients, I hear bat guano is good

It says on the growfaq to just use a mix of bone meal blood meal and something with K. I could do the mixture but i don't know how much to put down, how to apply it, or how often?

If you're a new grower you would be better off, IMO, to make "teas" from your amendments and water with them than you will putting them in the soil.

bottom line, if you put in too much you cannot get it out. If your plant is being toxified..there's nothing you can do.

the stuff is powerful...so be careful.
