My first grow 11th day

This is my first time growing.. I got no money so i just use regular water to water it.. They're 11 days old. There is 3 plants but don't worry about that I only want to know about these 2 plants. I used miracle grow and I use a 100watt fluorescence bulb and keep the light on about 18 hours a day. Yeah I'm cheap... yes that is foil to reflect the light.. lol. I was just wondering if they're doing ok and how long will it take organic plants to grow into the flowering stage? Oh yeah and I have no Idea what kind of weed it is.. I just used what I had from the dime i smoked.. lol I need to set up a fan

young babys loves humidity if you can make a dome or something they gonna appreciate

thank you =] but how do you make it so humid i don't think my fluorescence bulbs are warm enough to do that

i was spraying the inside of the dome like 3 time a day
(i didnt spray the babys)

after 2 months you can start the 12 hours cycle

alright cool thanks =] and last question btw.. [I hope] lol where do people get nick bags.. -.- I've always wondered... who can get small bags like that..
