soil vs soiless mix

Im planning on useing a 75 % soil 25 % perlite mix

but im wondering if i should consider going soiless
and if so what would i use?

and if i did go soil where can i get it from cheaply

otherwise for nutes im thinking iguana juice on half the crop and sensi grow and bloom on the other half ( both advanced nutes)
