my compost tea smelled like shit when i first made it....its been bubbling for almost a week and now it smells good like soil. Is this a good thing or a bad thing?

You REALLY gotta ask? I just cleaned alot of fish emulsion off the floor of my grow room. YES, earthy smell is way better than shitty smell, trust me!

Bagada.... It's a very good thing. This means your population of micro-beasties (good bacteria & fungi) have taken over the hood, kicked the shit out of the bad bacteria (dead or in hiding) and are busy bio-converting (eating & pooping out) all the NPK in your mix - into a very soluble form. Your plants will be able to take this bioconverted NPK in very easily, so look for a growth spurt within days of use. If flowering, your buds will put on weight quickly.
