Default Iguana Juice and PPM

I think I read somewhere that organic nutes don't register the ppm when using a meter, but I can't find out where I saw that. Is it true?

I'm using IJ now, and I'm at full strength as per the bottle, but my girls look like they need more nutes. When I use a PPM meter, it register around 360ppm, but as I say, I'm at full strength.
