Default Replant- Need Help Chosing Soil

I'm in critical need of new soil. Germinated my plants in Miracle Grow Seed Starting Potting Mix, which was good for seedlings but at early veg it lacks BADLY and my plants are dying...

My question, what is good cost efficient organic soil that i can buy from lowes hardware or a local gardening store (dont know of any but w/e) that i can use throughout vegging and flowering.

Thanks for any help or advice.

I used Expert gardener indoor mix. I got it a lowes. i also added guano and castings. Makes a nice loose soil with some nutes.
