Honey will work, but take the top off the jar - sit it in a pan of water and heat it up slowly until the water boils for five minutes. This will kill all the anti-bacterial micro-beaties living in honey. If you did not pasturize it first, simply mixed it and poured it into the soil - the Honey will kill off some of the micro-life in your soil. Once pasturized, it's just as good as molasses.
. Hope this helps... Keep it Real...Organic.... . |

I would NOT use honey. Honey is an antimicrobial, it has antiseptic and antibacterial properties, and could kill the good microbes in the soil.
Hell honey COULD be good for those microbes, but that's the point, if you don't know but you do know it can kill some microbes then use it in an experiment first. Otherwise you might ruin your plant. |

LOL, no I have not tasted antifreeze, but many a pet has.
Antifreeze Poisoning Every year, by some estimates, about 10,000 dogs and cats are victims of accidental poisoning by automobile antifreeze. A pet does not have to drink a lot of antifreeze to be poisoned. Most brands of commercial antifreeze consist of 95 percent ethylene glycol, an extremely toxic chemical. Even a few licks of this sweet-tasting liquid can be fatal to a cat or dog. (Ethylene- glycol-based antifreeze is also extremely hazardous to children. A few ounces are lethal.) . .
