I was just told by a friend that blood meal will actually kill dogs....

Bone meal is a nice slow release phosphorous source, as well as rock phosphate..... Search the threads in this forum for flowering teas.... High p bat guano is great... as is seabird guano....

Smile For an all Organic source of P - get Bat Guano...

Hazemaster.... The absolutely best source of P for flowering - is a High P Bat Guano - look for one between 0-4-0 & 0-7-0. The ones higher than that are pretty alkaline and will mess with your soil pH.
.
With High P Bat Guanos, remember the numbers like 0-7-0 represent the soluble NPK (readily absorbable). One with 0-7-0, usually has another 10 to 14 percent P, that will break down slowly over the course of a few months. So, follow the guidelines that come with it - pretaining to doses & feeding schedules. It is possible to overdo it with Bat Guano - just like any other fert. Feeding low, slow & steady is the way to fat, chronic buddage..... Plus consider getting yourself a source of myco fungi - they break down P and other minerals - feeding them directly to your roots. I use Super Plant Tonic, it's like a supercharger for your roots - and really pumps Mary up...
.
Hope this helps...

the rock phosphate i have is 0-25-0 it's pretty killer stuff, it disolves almost instantly in water and adds a nice boost to a tea.

i also use high P guano
