Does any one know a recipe for a good organic tea for seed starting and for Veg. state.

just use water for seeds. Then use a lite worm
casting tea.

One teaspoon of Super Plant Tonic (has myco fungi) to a quart of unchlorinated water - soak seeds in it overnight.

If you do not have any SPT, use one heaping tablespoon of worm castings to a quart of unchlorinated water - soak seeds in it overnight.

Then just let them grow. If you mixed up a decent soil for them - no ferts should be needed for three weeks.
