    Default question about fees for changing a grower

    Hi everyone, I have a question, We recently told a former friend of mine that we would grow for him, but we are having some major conflicts. He doesn't want to come out and take care of his plants, or buy any dirt, or even plant his plants like we agreed. So I told him that he has to go elsewhere. He does not have his cards yet all he has is the proof that it has been submitted to the state, he is trying to tell me that the state will charge him$100 to change the address of his grow site, does anyone know the rules on this? I would feel bad for him being charged but at the same time I don't want to have him growing on our property if he is not going to take care of his plants. It has been since June that his plants have been sitting in containers taking up space that my other patients need. What are your thoughts??

    my wife worked at a medical facility for medical cannabis and that is not accurate mygirls, it is 50 to have someone other than yourself listed as the grower when you renew your card only. If you make changes to your current ommp paperwork it will be 50 to change your grower and 50 to change your grow site. That is one hundred dollars.

    it appears i was incorrect before.

    "
    Fee for replacement registry cards: $100 ($20 for those patients who qualify for the $20 reduced application fee). A replacement card fee is required if your cards have been issued and you are changing your care giver, grower, or growsite;
    OR
    if you are requesting new registry cards that have been lost or stolen"

    apparently this fee went in to place a few weeks after i changed my grow site address last year.

    Unfortunately we are at this point because clones are expensive and I could not let them die especially since he could take them and move on.

    Jd123, that was why I am confused, he has not had his cards issued yet, they are in processing. so I am thinking the fee should be $100? Or 50? He is a student so I don't know if he would qualify for the discount but he should apply for that..... My husband is usually the person who takes care of the grow, but this spring we found out that he has cancer and has been really sick, so all of our patients have been pitching in and helping take care of the site, except him, he hasn't helped out financially or physically. I can't be too mean to him because I go to school with him, but suffice it to say I am fed up with him, not to mention he is a real whiner. Thank you everyone for responding so quickly to my question.
