why was my thread closed?

i started a thread to correct some misinformation that was being spread on the site by someone who does not understand the OMMP laws, and it got closed for no reason.

i understand that sometimes mods can overstep their boundaries, and in this case i feel that's what happened. asking for that thread to be reopened.

You are right the OMMP OARs provide for reimbursement. When I said "sell" I meant obvious dealing/selling to ppl outside of the program. I just wanted to make that clear.

i think a certain mod was simply abusing his powers.

i do not want to see the mod punished for abusing his powers, that kind of thing happens. i just want the thread to be reopened as it corrects misinformation being spread by a certain mod. this is a site for sharing information, and it suffers when misinformation and lies are being spread and moderators are abusing their powers for personal reasons.

no you guy need to now the law. just because state say feds still rule.. and if the sales of marijuana was legal or your so called reimbursement for your grow was legal don't you think RIU would be ok with thread for sales or trades..

reimbursement for cost of supplies and utilities used in production is legal. ORS 475.304 section 7. read the law. i posted it in that thread you closed. you are spreading lies.

RIu does not operate on the same rules as oregon or the federal government.

and if reimbursement is only illegal because the fed says so, so is your greenhouse and mine. we're talking about state law here, not federal.

now reopen my thread or i'm crying to rolli.
