There are only Five states that honor other states medical marijuana card, Arizona, Delaware, Maine, Michigan, and Road Island. But Connecticut just sent a medical marijuana bill through the state legistlature that looks like it past so the are state number 17 that will have a medical program. I haven't read it yet so I don't know if they will be honoring other cards or not.

I also have heard that Montana honors other cards but not sure on that.
