you misunderstood me, i meant that putting the plastic up (for the first time) looks like it would be hard to avoid tearing it, you'll have to unroll it and then unfold it all on the top of your structure, because if you drag that plastic across the wood there is a chance it could tear, but otherwise it looks awesome!

thats what a nice windy day is for....LOL it helps float the plastic up and over.. i have it down to a science now..

i went with wood this year and just sanded my spine and edges.

another option to consider is pipe insulators taped over the spine for protection all season long, especially against those gusty days that whip the plastic around.

thats another reason why i wrap the greenhouse with fenceing.. helps hold the plastic down.

in addition to staples and tape again this year, i will be covering my edges with plywood rip cut into 3/4'' pieces that are brad nailed over the plastic and into the frame.

fencing gets expensive, rip cutting a piece of plywood is fairly cheap.

Got a new one. I hated to drop him, as he was such a nice guy, but an opportunity came up that I could not pass up for a grower that was full before.

no waiting on the funds for the plastic.. renewing my card is 1st then the plastic. friday is my appointment and then i will mail my 200 bucks to the state on the 4th of next month.. my dead line is the 5th.. after that date i should be able to fund my grow for the year..
