I am pretty sure you do not know the laws. You thought that you read something? WTF is that supposed to mean? You dreamed that one had to be an Oregon resident?

Anyhow, I am not Hazo or new, just tired of you posting incorrect information. Get it right, do some research, find the facts before you act like you do.

"Oregon residency is not required to participate in the Oregon Medical marijuana Program; however, an Oregon Medical marijuana card only protects cardholders within the State of Oregon. Oregon cardholders are only protected in another state if that state legally recognizes Oregon’s medical marijuana cards. At this time, the OMMP is not aware of any “reciprocity” agreements with any other states to honor the Oregon law. Because medical marijuana programs vary by state, you may want to contact the state to which you are traveling for information on their laws. An Oregon cardholder acts at his or her own risk when possessing, producing or delivering medical marijuana in another state without a medical marijuana card from that state."

i thought i read it in the law pamphlet they have at the clinics thats what it means. i didnt dream it i just remember thats what it said.
and this was the 1st incorrect info i have given.

i am also very aware of the law on medical marijuana. not only have i been a card holder for 3 years now but i spent 2 of those years in and out of court on bull shit charges involving pot. i had a very good lawyer and learned alot from him. and i still to this day keep in touch with him for legal advice.

if your current results are any indicator, you will not do ANYTHING in this state worth noticing. certainly not bigger than opening a dispensary.

ya see, it takes a lot of time money to grow. lots of it. hundreds alone just to get a card (which will not be as instantaneous as you are imagining), and that will seem like nothing compared to the money and time you will need to set up everything so that you can "do it right" and "get a big ass yield".

and i may be wrong, but i don't think they let certain people get cards if they have legal issues, which i'm sure you have plenty of, seeing as how you are on the run from the law after failing a drug test while on probation in texas. that doesn't boast well.

hope you have 3 visits within the last 3 years documenting your condition as well and that the notes come from an MD, not a PA or RN, otherwise you'll have to spend more time and more money documenting your condition, if it even qualifies.

i only live here and have personal experience with what it takes to "do things right" and have a "big ass yield"

you can't even afford CFLs for your garbage seed grow, yet your plans are to go bigger than opening a dispensary with bsolutely no experience, no idea of what our distinctive climate zones are, no money, a criminal record, etc...
