You do not need an Oregon Grower to get a medical marijuana card, from my understanding. If you truly need a grower, get your card, and go to a social at a local place.

I called to make my appointment, and they said that I do.

you just have to list some one or your self as the grower.
no point in getting a card if no one is the legal grower

Just list yourself, then. Even if you do not grow your own, at least you will be legal to carry what you DO have. Good luck!

I disagree. Even without a grower, he is going to be better off than when he was illegal. Also, there are plenty of people like myself who will help out med patients who do not have growers yet. For me, it all depends on the situation.

So, I would get the card regardless of having a true grower or not. You will not be worse off, that is for sure.

I guess i should have elaborated more, sorry. I live in California, so I dont have a grow spot in oregon to list. I need to pay an extra 50 bucks to lsit someone else as my grower. I got pulled over in oregon and they are charing me in court for a little bit of medicine so I am trying to become as legal as I can.

He lives in California. He can't list his home address in l grower for himself in California to be a legal grower for himself in Oregon.
