There is large discrepancy between the H&G nutrient calculator and their feed chart.

I don't have a ppm or EC meter so someone please help me with this, which one is correct.

The feed chart recommends 2.75ml/ltr A and 2.75ml/ltr B in the 4th week of veg,
whereas the nutrient calculator recommends 7ml/gal.
