What type of cfl's should I get. I will be starting my plants inside and then moving them outside.

Also make sure you get the highest lumen output you can find. There are some CFLs that are 150W equivalent and are just packing with lumens. I always recommend Home Depot because they have a lot of package deals on CFLs for really cheap. Good luck!
