I have looked on the web but everywhere i look i can't find much info on sexing autoflowering plants like lowryder-2 (what i'm currently growing.) Since most things i've read say they show sex when you switch to 12/12 lighting but that's not the case with autoflowering is it? Cos i planned on having my lights on the same schedule from start to finish. They are 24days old today so that's what 3 weeks 3 days old. Should they be showing sex by now? I have my lights on 24/7 at the moment and have had since the start, would it help/hurry things up if i switched my lights to 18/6? Or would that stress them out to much causing males? I have tryed taking pics but i can't get one that is close enough and not blurry with my phone, so photos are not really an option. Any advice anyone? Thanks.

I'll add a couple of pics out of them just in case you can work it out but i don't think there's much point i can hardly make the pic out, maybe some of you more experinced growers can though?

I have researched autoflowering strains /growers of, and from what I can ascertain most growers and breeders recommend a continual 20/4 light cycle........Dont shoot the messenger!

18/6 or 20/4 not much difference and cheaper. i would not recommend keeping them on 24/7

Yer i know i screwed that up at the begining before i knew that i put then on 24/7 lighting. Would it stress them out too much if i changed the lighting to 20/4 or 18/6 now? Just concerend it might turn them male?

im experiencing the Sensi Ruderallis Indica, an auto-flowering strain. they grow on 24;0
about 1 month old they start flowering

please use macro mode on ur camera in next pics

theyll be fine just keept it there till your ready to flower

No offence but this is why i get confussed lol. I keep hereing diffrent things from diffrent people who's advice an i meant to follow?! lol.

20/4 is the light cycle that the autoflowering breeders ay is best, so personally thats what I would do. As for stress due to changing their light cycle its a difficult one to answer conclusively and correctly, we live and learn!

Yer i guess, i'm a bit reluctent to change my light schedule incase it makes them more likely to be male though. I'll be gutted if there both male at this stage only have the two plants.
