Don't blame you at all, dude. I am 100% sure that when I go to get my supplies, I will go to several different stores. You just look kinda' suspect leaving a store with everything you need to grow plants indoors...I mean, yea, some people garden indoors, but I'm 20 years old...Noone is going to believe I'm growing fucking tomatoes in my basement, lmao.

Only 1-2 ounces per plant, you say? I must've read wrong...Looking again, it says 400 grams per square meter, so yea, that obviously isn't one plant...Kinda' deceiving numbers there. A square meter would be like 6 plants, lol. I knew there was no way a plant would support the weight of a pound of bud on it. :P

Still thinking of growing 6-8 plants...I'm just wondering how much electricity will go up because of that. I saw one guy here who wrote a guide (Videoman40, or something?) and said his electricity bill went up $400-$500 dollars per month, but he had...I dunno'...A couple dozen plants, by the looks of it. It wouldn't make sense to me if a couple lights running on average about 15 hours a day would up my bill by even half that...If I leave my TV on alllllll day everyday for a month, the bill goes up $45 (don't ask...went on vacation and left it on, d'oh!) so I can't imagine a couple lights making it go up much more than that. If it does...Damn, I'll be spending more money than I make.

Oh well, still pretty excited. Just questions like that are the only thing stopping me. Getting my electricity bill back and having my heart stop wouldn't be cool. :P

if your just growing for personal use you dont need alot of energy or huge lights. i used to get by on a 150w hps and never saw a dent in my bill

Yea, I'm not growing for personal use...More like...Growing for OTHERS personal use. :P I don't want to turn in to some huge drug dealer or somethin', but being able to supply people when they ask (which is like every freakin' DAY) would be cool.

8 plants, well if i were you id go with 400 mh veg and 600 or 1k hps for flower. word of the wise just be careful man, i used to do the same thing, thought it would help bring in some extra cash, and it did. but after a while it got way outta hand, people i didnt know started calling me up, showin up at my place, to many knew what i was doin, things got really sketch. long story short had to shut the garden down. like i said walk softly and leave no trace
