Default ordering seeds online

Does ordering seeds online put me at risk of getting caught? I live in the US if that helps answer the question.

In the US you have the risk of being nabbed by the DEA for seeds, but if you do order seeds, just don't be ordering a large amount at one time, just keep the orders small and everything will be ok.
