How to Start a Thread and Post Pictures

Hi anyone?
trying to upload pics to an album...can't see the networking or pictures button?? i am using phone. Do i need to go on laptop ? i have been thru faq followed instructions...no upload button? sorry to be so dim. new to forums.

Manage Attachments[/U] button, or if you have the photos on the web like photobucket, just post the link between the "[IMG] [/IMG]" tags in your post. These pics will show up IN the post, like the example pics I'm using.

What I see does not seem to be the same. As what everyone else is getting.I have tried posting and the [IMG] tags do not exist, at least not on my screen. Manage attachments does not work. I can upload attachment select and drag to the lower pane but navigation button on the lower right does not function. According to the posting permissions thes functions are on.Even the simple, no brainer, smilies at the end of a sentence or post cannot be done. Clicking on one does nothing.I have noticed something else that seems odd. No photo in any thread on photo bucket is viewable. Clicking the photo bucket link does nothing.

Sounds simple and straight forward except it does not work
Pics upload to manage attachments just fine but clicking the button to insert pic does not work. When I click preview all I get is plain text no pic.
Does anyone have a suggestion for what I am doing wrong or just plain missing? I have never encountered any such problem in any forum before. This problem only exists here.
