Hi guys. I'm from the sunny RSA  . I have found some decent seeds and I've decided I only want to stick to one plant to start off. Was thinking of getting a old little stand cupboard. I read everyone is talking about 400-600w HPS lights for general growing. I am not fimiliar with this light nor do i know where in RSA i can find this. Could your guys please help me on choosing the correct ligthing for one plant that isnt gona cost me a arm and a leg for veg and flowering. Ive went to local stores and looked at cfl's but most of them are 18w/240v. What should i be looking at?Thanx in advance. Ps. Loving this site and the information available on it  |

you could start out with some flos, for vegging and get an hps for 12/12 in a few weeks.# i wouldnt only grow 1 plant just in case its male, start with 3 or 4. were is rsa?.

My problem is i do not know where i can get a hps or something alike. I am aware there is a grow shop in Mother city but i dont have its name and its almost 1000km's from where i am. I need to know if I can find something similar from a lighting shop maybe? I've got some white widdow and skywalker seeds in which ill be looking for a female. |

i would start out with some clf's flos what is strip lighting and is the best way to vegg, you can also flower with them but you need to add more as you grow.
