I prefer not to grow outside, I want to do it indoor.
Of course we have hardware stores but the chance of them stocking lights like the garden one U proposed is very slim.

So U saying that its not ideal but I can use the tube like lights used in kitchens normally throughout my growth period just with different tubes.
I read U need a certain wattage(forgot oops) and you need cool white and warm white tubes.
Since I'm only doing one plant I am guessing one or preferable two of these would suffice.
Please correct me as we go.

clear/blue white for vegg and red for 12/12 or both.
t5s flos are best but any will do for vegg, and just get more for 12/12. or try to sort a better light later on while you are vegging.
yes kitchen strip lights will do it, or them twisty light bulbs.
like i said check out the clf section on this site, they are lots of people here growing with flos.
