Well I Was Thinking About Putting My Plant Through Low Stress Training(lst) Due To Me Not Having Enough Space And I Was Wondering Can U Put The Plant Through Lst And Top It?

So I Heard That Both Of These Ways Increase Your Yield So Will Using Both Of These Techniques Together Bring Even More Yield Than Just Using One?

it is really a matter of strain. some strains loved to be topped, others don't. topping and lst help utilize all available light by bending the plant into vacant areas. so if done properly on the right strain then i would say yes.
