Hi there all im JM and Im new here, must say I like the site!

I too am new to growing and my history of growing includes one male that I was "given"...

I am currently growing 2 new ones and Here are the pics so far...

Not Sure if they are male of female yet and the light cycle is still 80 % light for now...

Both seeds came from some chronic I bought that was kinda uben strong so I decided to try my luck...

Personally I think the one on the left in the last picture is male although I know it can only be determined once I drop the light cycle to 12/12 for a week .... But hey it looks different like "Skinny almost" although it was transplanted to it's own pot possibly making it stress a little thus possibly causing the "Skinny" effect ?

Leave ur thoughts and I'll keep this post updated as we go...

Looks like you are off to a good start....maybe a little over fed?...go a little light with everything you do,its very easy to over feed or overwater new starts...What kind of lights are you using?

Well I am using a small light the kind u would use for a security light not too sure of the specs ill check tonight though and add that. How often should one water them as i use a spray bottle for the leaves daily and water them about every 2 days...

when you can stick your finger in the dirt to the knuckle,and it isn't moist,they need water....all your new growth looks pretty good....looks more like they had a rough start...progressing nicely now....You are going to need more light,and it will be time to flower them shortly

Hmm interesting, I will use the watering method mentioned from now on,dont really have capacity for more light unless the bulb makes the difference? they are not real tall as of yet they are about the height from ur elbow to ur wrist.... not sure as to when to change the light cycle to 12/12 ....

with a more powerful light you would have already been flowering...it does take a certain spectrum,to grow indoors...yours are looking healthy,tho

Thank you...is there a limit as to how long u can induce flowering for ? eg. If I leave the light cycle at 12/12 for a month would I get moreyeld ?

Without a serious investment of time and money,i am afraid your yield will be on the small side...big light,big buds...other factors do come into play,but without the light,the other stuff doesn't matter much....blue devil huh....the only ones I knew of were from way down south...grew up down that way

Lol im from South Africa but its winter here so im growing only indoors although out doors works VERY well here it would prob get stolen lol.

If I had to grow the plant larger by keeping the light cycle as it is would i get more yield ?
