i have 2 extra fluorescent tubes not being used. is their a way to find out where on the kelvin scale they are without the package they came in.
just using what it says on the side of the light itself? one says 40cw/rs/ew..........cw maybe cool white? and the other f40kb.eco sp 30 can any1 help me? thanks

cool white usually means it is on the 2700k spectrum, which is better for flowering than vegitative growth, look for the 6500k daylight cfl (or the spiral flouros)
that is the better spectrum for veging |
