Default Do You Use Cfl's?
O.K. I've heard alot of good and bad about CFL's but overall it seems to come down to that CFL's are good(or descent) for sprouting and vegetative stage but everybody says their NO GOOD for flowering of the plant. SO WHAT RESULTS DO YOU GET WITH YOU CFL'S? DO YOU USE YOUR CFL'S.....
1. JUST DURING VEGETATIVE CYCLE
2.DURING BOTH VEGETATIVE AND FLOWERING CYCLE
3.DON'T USE CFL'S AT ALL

I've been using CFL's from the beginning and I plan to use during flowering as well. The only problem with CFL's is they don't give out as strong of wavelengths the plant need during flowering as other lights, but they will still grow great. CFL's are cheap and efficient. I can expect a CFL post explaining the good and bad of CFL's soon from mogie, so read that as it is very useful.

i use envirolites (which are basicaly a big cfl) ive had good results with them but imo if you can afford and can use hps then do so.i say this as i have a good friend who grows using hps and allthough my buds are perfectly ok his allways seem that little bit bigger and juicer .theres lots of different opinions on this but im baseing my opinion on what ive SEEN myself and not just read about .ill be buying hps when i move house this year as i will have a much bigger better ventilated grow space ,but for the space and set up im using now envirolites have worked great .
