Default Just Molasses for nutes?
im in the UK, is this stuff available anywhere locally 1st? b&q / homebase etc?

im going to try find this hydro store on sat so it depends on a few things what i buy.

but just a question,

could i just use molasses for nutes in flowering? i dont really know what it does, is it some type of sugar? how will it help the plants?

also, if this stuff is cheap, could i use other flowering nutes with it? or is it best to just use one type of nute?

Ive added "sugars" starting on week one of flowering till the end.

Ive heard of just people adding molasses during the grow with Ph'd water.

semms to work so i couldnt see why not for you

I used Molasses for the final two weeks of flowering with EXTREMELY great success! Don't know how it works in a Hydro set-up, but worked wonders in soil. Doing CoCo next!

Yeah, this is the real magic. No one really seems to know how it works. I can tell you these things for certain:

It is available in a grocery store near the syrups and baking supplies. It seems to be either sorgum molasses or blackstrap molasses. Stuff is cheap; a couple bucks for a pint. Stuff goes pretty far, because you use a tablespoon full, in a gallon of warm water. I used it and it did seem to improve the growth of my plants. Some people believe it improves the taste of the smoke.

Is molasses only beneficial in the flowering stage?

I've heard they call molasses treacle in the U.K. so you might want to look for that too. It is really meant to be a supplement not a main nutrient.
