its definately a matter of preference. although i did see a thread on this site somewhere where a guy grew 2 plants side by side one on each schedule and the one on 24/0 grew faster. hopefully that helps some.

im doing 18/6.. just like nature does, plants have grown like this thousands of years.

i believe that giving a plant rest it will take give stronger and biger buds.
