Well first off you obviously need a male and a female plant for this. Deciding which plant of each sex to use is a whole new topic :-p. But to be simple you want to get the male in a different room, minimal light is fine, because it will flower a few weeks before the female and you dont want pollen all throughout where your female is growing. Using paper placed under the male, collect the pollen that drops over the next few weeks. You can store it in a plastic airtight bag in the freezer with a paper towel for moisture control while you wait for your female to be ready if you collect your pollen early. When your female is usually around 4 weeks or so into flowering youll see a bunch of white hairs, put the pollen in a paper bag and carefully wrap the bag around just one of the branches and close it over the little buds. Shake the bag a bit a few times. After letting it settle for a few, spray the area with a water bottle, then carefully take the bag off the branch not spilling any pollen anywhere else. This technique will control where the seeds show up and you can still produce up to 100 sometimes 200+ seeds on a branch. Good Luck ^^ (sometimes you have to repeat this process through a few generations to achieve the results you are trying to get.. a certain flavor.. potency etc...), and also, every seed you get from that batch will be slightly different for some aspects. Always a lengthy expense.. Breeding = growers crack
