You're dealing with the black market. Anything can happen.

You could be sent nothing
you could receive shit seeds
customs could find and take them
you could be hassled
you could get what you ordered, and be happy.

One out of five chance in things working out. Worth giving it a try.

I don't know what the laws are in your country, but as long as you realize what chances you have, you'll be all right. Great resource potroast, I think that URL should be stickied somewhere around here.

You're always in danger of getting ripped off, so it's all about doing your homework and checking the background on who you're dealing with. In the past I've done alright, though thats dealing with some of the more major suppliers. Range might be a bit more limited or you might pay a bit extra, but if you know you're gonna get quality gear delivered to your door in good time it can be worth the extra cash.
