Will this work for the time being?

Yo guys... I'm trying to grow a little jack herer plant jus on my desk at home... trying to save the pennies atm as well to go travelling. What do you think of this setup? Made it out of card and Mylar, only using a 20w CF bulb though. Anybody got any real cheap tips for imroving anything? (apart from i need to re-pot sharpish)

Plus, i blaze in my room, could i grow a four footer in my room or would there be serious problems with the toxins in the smoke stunting the growth or something? There's normally a bit of a draft through the room but i dunno if that'll help what do you guys think?

Looks good to me. I'd move the light a little so the plant is not weaving all over the place, and get a bigger pot -- But you already said that. Good goin!
