first off howdy yall! first time grower here and i think i figured out a fast effective way to grow. i did a lot of readin g on plant life cycles and found that if you put the plant under 24hrs of light for the first 5 weeks the plant will mature to the size of a plant that is in the late aug or early sept months. my plant is week 7 and is 37 inches and the first bud is now forming on the top. my only question is how long now until the whole plant is done budding. i can tell its budding because all these white hairs are coming out of the top of the plant. it took about 10 days to get ot this point so should things speed up alot now or will this process take forever?

Once you induce the flowering stage on your marijuana plant you should be ready to harvest within 2-3 weeks, If you have a certain strain or know the strain you are working with post it and Ill find you budding time. Do not rush this step as this is the fruit of your labor, also remember to flush your plant 7-10 days before you cut your crop down.

It's tough to tell from your description exactly where you are in the flowering cycle, but I would say that you are in the 2nd week. IF you indeed have white hairs showing after only 10 days of 12/12, then I would say that you have an early maturing indica-leaning strain. If so, then she will be ripe around day 55-60 of flowering.

FYI -- The flowering cycle can be divided into 3 fairly equal parts:

the first 3rd is a growth spurt which I call "da stretch",

the second part is the bud forming stage, when bud growth is rapid,

the last part is the bud ripening stage. This is when patience will be rewarded with more better bud, with a better high.

yes... introduce 12/12 sonner.. once u give it 12/12 it starts to flower... and i dont kknow what that penguin is talkin bout... 2-3 weeks from when u introduce it to 12/12???? i fukkin wish!!!!

i use bud blaster in the begining to get preflowers and then start using it again the last 4weeks of flowerings flowering takes 8-12 weeks depends on the strain
